Fixing Kit for Sheet roof flashing
A kit required to fit the flat / metal roof type flashing.
The kit comprises of:
8 x 5mm self tapping screws & waterproof washer screw caps
1 x 5mm drill bit
1 x 80ml tube of clear silicone
TWO KITS ARE USUALLY REQUIRED TO FIT ONE LARGE FLASHING
Not used for the slate flashing.
As an alternative we would recommend any high flexibility weatherproof mastic / sealant with similar items bought from a hardware shop.
