Fantastic fireReview by Alan

Fantastic modern looking fire and almost £1000 cheaper than the contura fire I was looking at.
For a 5kw fire it gets really hot and the flames look superb. Really well made and delivery was excellent.
The fire is fitted in the conservatory and the heat generated on a cold February night was enough to heat the rest of the house to 25 degree's would definitely recommend

Good so farReview by I Cook

We have only recently had this fire installed so it is perhaps early days but so far so good.

I am always dubious of buying items off the internet without seeing them first but this has turned out very well. I also, as a precaution, ordered a spare brick set although Greymetal assure us they keep these in stock year round and that we should get a minimum of a coupke of years use out of the stove before they begin to need replacing.. Identical to the Contura stovesReview by Andy

We had been looking at woodburners for months and really liked the Contura stoves. A friend had bought one from Greymetal so we had a look and can;t tell the difference between this one and the Conturas (except for a huge difference in the price!)
Our Arctic 5kw has been installed for 6 months and my wife and I love it and used the money we saved on the stove to purchase a Caithness slate hearth which looks great under our black stove. (Posted on 18/04/2016)

Why we deliberated so long to get one of these I'll never know. It looks good, is controllable (I'd worried about quite how many logs we'd get through), the glass stays clear and two of our friends have now placed their orders too!

We ordered a stove from you back in July and just wanted to say that we are really happy with it...not as happy as our 6 month old pup Archie is though! (Posted on 25/01/2016)
